The workflow assessment
We ask about the work you want to improve, the tools you use, and your desired result. Contact details are not required to see a workflow. Use general examples and leave out passwords, confidential documents, and private customer records.
How the outline is prepared
When AI assessment is enabled, your workflow answers are processed by our agent and its model provider to prepare a suggested outline. Agent sessions and operational logs may retain this information. When it is not enabled, the assessment uses a rules-based starter outline and labels it accordingly.
When you request an estimate
We collect your name, email, company or website, brief, and suggested workflow so the team can respond. These are sent to the configured enquiry system. In a local development preview, requests are stored only on the development machine and clearly marked as not sent.
Tracking and your choices
This website does not install advertising trackers or optional analytics cookies. Hosting services may process technical request logs. You can download your workflow without requesting an estimate. To ask about an estimate request or your information, use the reply channel provided when the team contacts you.
